Sonimilan.com includes the website, mobile application, software, social media platforms, blogs, and any other online or offline matrimonial services operated by Sonimilan.com.

## 1. Payment Terms

* All membership plans and paid services on Sonimilan.com are available only on 100% advance payment basis.

* All payments must be made in favor of Sonimilan.com.

* Membership fees once paid are generally non-refundable.

* By purchasing any paid plan or service, you agree to this Refund Policy, Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and other website policies.

## 2. Purchase of Membership Plans

Users must first register as a free member before purchasing any paid membership plan.

Sonimilan.com offers the following membership plans:

* Welcome – INR 0 – 365 Days – 50 Contact Views – For All

* Trial – INR 500 – 30 Days – 100 Contact Views – For All

* Silver – INR 1000 – 90 Days – 500 Contact Views – For All

* Gold – INR 1800 – 180 Days – 1000 Contact Views – Male Only

* Platinum – INR 1000 – 180 Days – 1000 Contact Views – Female Only

* Diamond – INR 3000 – 365 Days – 5000 Contact Views – For All

* Special with Instant & Priority – INR 5000 – 90 Days – 5000 Contact Views – For All

Each plan may have different validity periods, contact view limits, live chat options, and benefits.

## 3. Accepted Payment Methods

Users can make payments through:

* Credit Card

* Debit Card

* Net Banking

* UPI

* Wallets

* International Credit / Debit Cards

* Bank Transfer

* Cheque / Demand Draft

For cheque, bank transfer, or draft payments, membership activation will only happen after successful realization of payment.

## 4. International Payments

International users can make payment using international debit cards, credit cards, or bank transfer.

Prices may be displayed in local currency or USD depending on the country. Currency conversion charges, international transaction fees, taxes, and bank charges shall be borne by the User.

Sonimilan.com shall not be responsible for any exchange rate fluctuations, bank deductions, gateway charges, or international transaction fees.

## 5. Payment Security

All online payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.

Sonimilan.com does not store credit card numbers, debit card details, CVV details, UPI PINs, passwords, or bank account credentials.

The Company is not responsible for any payment failure, delay, server error, bank issue, payment gateway issue, or unsuccessful transaction due to third-party service providers.

## 6. Refund Policy

* All membership purchases are final.

* Membership fees once paid are non-refundable.

* No refund shall be provided if:

  * The User changes their mind after purchase

  * The User does not receive expected responses or matches

  * The User forgets to use the membership during the active period

  * The profile is suspended, blocked, deleted, or terminated due to violation of Terms & Conditions

  * The User upgrades to another package after activation

  * The User is dissatisfied with the Platform after using paid features

Refund requests may only be considered in the following situations:

* Duplicate payment made for the same service

* Payment deducted but membership not activated

* Technical issue caused by Sonimilan.com resulting in failed service activation

* Inactive order cancellation before activation of membership

All refund approvals shall be at the sole discretion of Sonimilan.com.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 15 to 21 working days to the original payment source.
