# Sonimilan.com – Final Terms & Conditions
1. Sonimilan.com (the “Platform”) is owned and operated by Sonimilan.com Internet Services, with its registered office at C-3, Behind Axis Bank, Huda Market, Sector 46, Gurugram – 122003, Haryana.
2. The Platform is intended only to serve as a medium for Users who have a genuine intention to enter into a matrimonial alliance. The Platform is not a dating website, marriage bureau, or business platform.
3. By accessing or using the Platform, Users agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If any User does not agree with these Terms, they should not access or use the Platform.
4. Users must provide true, accurate, and updated information while creating profiles. Any false, misleading, offensive, obscene, illegal, defamatory, hateful, abusive, or infringing content is strictly prohibited.
5. The Company does not verify, authenticate, guarantee, endorse, or certify any information, photograph, profile, or claim uploaded by any User. Users are advised to conduct their own due diligence before proceeding with any interaction or matrimonial decision.
6. The Company is not responsible for any loss, damage, fraud, dispute, misrepresentation, emotional distress, or matrimonial issues arising out of interactions between Users.
7. User Data including name, age, contact details, occupation, religion, caste, sub-caste, photographs, family details, and other profile information may be collected for profile creation and matching purposes.
8. Company does not share User Data with third parties without prior consent, except where required by law or for Platform operations.
9. Users grant the Company permission to use profile content, images, and profile information for display on the Platform, advertisements, social media, offline centres, print media, or promotional materials.
10. Users shall not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, scrape, crawl, download, publish, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written permission.
11. Users are prohibited from:
* Creating duplicate profiles
* Posting fake or misleading information
* Uploading vulgar, obscene, illegal, defamatory, or copyrighted content
* Misusing contact details of other Users
* Harassing, threatening, abusing, or impersonating any person
* Using the Platform for business, marketing, spam, or unlawful activities
12. The Company reserves the right to suspend, block, restrict, or permanently delete any User profile without prior notice if any violation of these Terms is found.
13. The Company may mark any profile as “Not Verified” or remove such profile if the User refuses address verification, phone verification, or documentary verification.
14. Duplicate profiles are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are found, Sonimilan.com reserves the right to delete, block, or restrict access to such profile(s).
15. Membership plans, prices, contact views, chat options, and benefits are subject to change at the sole discretion of the Company.
16. Trial, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and other membership plans may include different benefits, validity periods, and contact view limits.
17. Payments once made for any service or membership plan are non-refundable unless otherwise approved by the Company at its sole discretion.
18. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, internet failures, or third-party service interruptions.
19. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password, login credentials, and account information.
20. The Company is not responsible for payment gateway failures, bank delays, server downtime, technical issues, internet errors, or failed transactions.
21. Users agree to receive emails, SMS, WhatsApp messages, calls, app notifications, and promotional communication from Sonimilan.com unless they opt out through profile settings.
22. Free members and paid members may have different rights, privileges, contact limits, and access to services.
23. Contact view carry-forward is applicable only if membership renewal is done before expiry. Unused contact views are not carried forward after membership expiry.
24. One month shall be treated as 30 days for all membership validity calculations.
25. The Platform reserves the right to investigate complaints, misuse, fraud, fake profiles, harassment, or suspicious activity and may take legal action where required.
26. Users may not display mobile numbers, email addresses, social media IDs, or personal contact details in profile fields other than those specifically meant for contact information.
27. The Company may use third-party payment gateways, advertising partners, analytics tools, and service providers for operation of the Platform.
28. The Company does not guarantee any marriage, response, compatibility, success, or match through the Platform.
29. The Platform and all its content, design, branding, trademarks, logo, and software are the exclusive property of Sonimilan.com.
30. The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, discontinue, or change any service, membership plan, feature, pricing, policy, or term at any time without prior notice.
31. Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
32. Continued use of the Platform shall be deemed as acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
